Can I ask how you made the pacifier? (:
About the pacifier,
I bought a real baby pacifier, then I cut the plastic part out (to put the ball instead).
Actually, the ball is made from a foam ball and I painted them all in blue. That's it.
I think you can find a foam ball in a stationery store.
But it's you who make your cosplay or you buy them? O.o
